Exchange and return policy: 

• - Exchange and return is the guaranteed right of all our customers and it includes all the products we offer in our store.
• - All products offered in our store are subject to the policy of exchange and return according to the terms and conditions set out on this page.
• - Can be returned or exchanged if the product is the same as the original condition at the time of purchase and wrapped in the original packaging.
• - Return within three (3) days and Exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
• - Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
• - Please photograph the product and send it with the city, address, and order number to be replaced with another product in case the product is corrupt or has a certain defect, or is not exploited as agreed.
• - A full refund will be given to the customer in case the product delivered is completely different from the product description on the product page of our website.
• - We are not responsible for any expectations of the use of products by the customer that we have not mentioned on the product page of our site.
• - Deduct 30 percent or a value of not less than AED 25 if the customer does not want the product and is not defective or any problem mentioned.
